Let's Exercise!!

I searched some kinds of exercise.
One of the most interested exercise is ballet, because I had been doing ballet . I like dancing very much and Today I danced in my room!

Even if you haven't ever done ballet , you can exercise with watching this.
By doing ballet , you can lose weight and make core of your body. It makes your body good. Good means that your body isn't likely to fat. You can also improve your posture.
