I explain a well-balanced diet. It has three basis .first basis is to eat vary food, not only single food. If you eat only single food, you can't get the essential nutrients. Second is don't eat same way of cook food. For example only soup, drink, curry and so on.You should eat differnt way of cook food, for example stir-fry, boil , grill . Third is to combine homemade cook with retort and eat out . Retort is very convenient, because you can prepare quickly. It's essential for people who live alone . It's difficult to prohibite it, so you should combine handmade cook.
