Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is autumn festival in German. It takes place for sixteen days. People drink beer and eat a lot, for example sausage, boiled chicken, ox’s tail surprisingly.
A few weeks before the festival starts, large tents and amusement grounds are established at Theresienwiese which is nine times as large as Tokyo Dome. After the festival finished, these are removed.
In this festival, twelve thousand people employed. One thousand and six hundred of them are waiter and waitress. There are one hundred thousand seats for visitor. In 2006, six brewery sold six million and two hundred thousand of beer.
